Hang out with men from North America, the Pacific, and Europe for all-nude, all-male fun Aug. 21-30, 2020
CMEN’s flagship gathering, West Coast Gathering 2020, will be held August 21-30 in Southern California’s scenic San Bernardino Mountains east of Big Bear.
This all nude, all-male gathering will attract men from throughout North America, the Pacific and Europe to enjoy the fun, Southern California sun, fresh air, camaraderie, activities, shows, and workshops. Several session options are available.
In 2019 CMEN’s West Coast Gathering moved to a new location at a conference facility in the San Bernardino Mountains following the November 2018 fire which devastated 96,949 acres in the Malibu area including the conference center we had called our home for the past 20 years. We will return to this San Bernardino Mountains location in 2020.
Much like our Malibu home, this new conference center is secluded from the highway, full of trees, fresh air, and with great views of the surrounding mountains. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, heated dormitory-style cabins, modern restrooms, and hot showers, and miles of hiking trails. The camp is in the forest far from the city lights, but only 80 miles east of Los Angeles.
Among the most popular features of the annual, all nude CMEN Gatherings is the now famous, 88 degrees swimming pool. The pool has proven a great place to relax in the Southern California sun, meet new friends, take an aerobics class, and to enjoy several afternoon special events.
The gatherings also feature a variety of workshops, numerous seminars, aerobics, hiking, massage, playshops, shows, dances, other activities, and of course, just being with over 300 friendly, naked men!
Also popular are the daily themed social hours. Just for fun, the social hour parties and evening events have a different theme each day. While nudity is still the overall rule, gathering attendees are encouraged (but not required) to wear accessories that correspond to the theme for the afternoon social hour and evening. The social hours are a great time to mingle with new and old friends.
The West Coast Gatherings feature at least two shows each evening, including game shows, talent shows, and special performances. The Miss CMEN Queen contest and the Mr. CMEN Leather contest, which determines CMEN’s candidate for International Mr. Leather (IML), highlight the gathering.
After the evening shows, activities include dancing most nights, hanging out at the “Gathering Spot”, night swimming in the pool, movies, cards, bingo, and late-night workshops.
All food, accommodations, events, workshops, dances, and, parties are included.
The West Coast Gathering is planned and produced by a community of volunteers which reduces the price everyone pays to attend the Gathering. Volunteers also present the seminars and workshops, aerobics, massage, contests, game shows, and talent shows; others pitch in taking turns checking attendees in, leading hikes, setting up chairs, serving food at meals and social hours, serving ice cream or popcorn after shows, and other activities.
Options and prices are available on the 2020 registration form. There’s going to be a good crowd at this event, and you’ll want to register early, previous fall events have sold out. Don’t be left out!
There will be no registration at the site, and,
all men must be at least 21 years old to attend this event.

The annual West Coast Gatherings are hosted by California Men Enjoying Naturism, an international social organization for gay and bisexual men who enjoy nude social and recreational activities.

If you are flying into Ontario International Airport or Los Angeles International Airport, bus service to the West Coast Gathering is available. If you are driving, sharing a ride both saves money and is good for the environment.
