This is the required 2020 membership form to join or renew your 2020 CMEN (California Men Enjoying Naturism) membership. Please fill out this 2020 Membership form and electronically sign the Release of Liability. If viewing on a mobile device, landscape works best.

Volunteering

CMEN is an all-volunteer organization and all members are required to help with activities each year. Please indicate how you would like to help this year, especially if you have expertise in the area. (Check all that apply)

Responsibilities

The Party Host provides the venue for parties. As a Party Host you will need to specify your amenities below. The Party Planner plans the party: works with the Party Host, Co-Hosts and others to ensure that the party is successful. The Party Co-Host helps with setup, food table, trash and restroom monitoring, and after-party cleanup. The Pride Booth Volunteer must be able to communicate effectively what CMEN is and is about.
I am male and at least 21 years of age. I have read and gree with the CMEN Goals and Etiquette Guidelines for Naturists. I acknowledge that CMEN is a private membership group and that CMEN retains the right to revoke membership at any time. I agree to honor the confidentiality of all membership rosters and other materials which I receivfe. These remain the property of CMEN and will be returned or destroyed upon termination of membership. I agree to abide by all leadership decisions, policies and procedures.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk:

By submitting a membership application and attending CMEN events, I agree that I will be responsible for my own personal belongings, and that I release from any liability, the Organization, the officers and leadership of CMEN from any personal injury or property damage occurring while I am attending any CMEN event. I fully assume all of the risks of attending CMEN events and I am fully aware of the dangers inherent in participating in such events.
